If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.


9. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, or if a duplicate payment occurred, please contact our support team. Verified excess payments will be refunded.
